CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Project coordinators are responsible for:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Communicating with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Graphic Designer

  • Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, social media graphics, and other digital content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design needs and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies and incorporate them into design solutions as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain a library of design assets and templates for use in marketing materials.
  • Provide design guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring that they meet technical and quality standards.
  • Work with printers and other vendors to ensure that design specifications are met.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Web Developer is responsible for:

  • Creating websites/a website using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Coding, design and layout of a website according to a company’s specifications.
  • Once a website has been created, a Web Developer will generally assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the website.
  • Constant communication with other colleagues to develop and deploy web content
  • Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down.
  • Researching different software programs, and maintaining software documentation.

Solidwork Operator/Mechanical Engineer/Design Engineer is responsible for:

  • Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
  • Preparing working drawings for workshop and suppliers to manufacture our systems Reading, understanding, and working with architects' and engineer's drawings and specifications
  • Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
  • Completing drawing packs in line with our expectations to ensure timely preparation of drawings and details for delivery of projects at the start of each new project and at key milestones.

A Medical Record reviewer is responsible for:

  • Reviewing and interpreting medical records and comparing against criteria to determine appropriateness and reasonableness of care.
  • Reviewing demographic information to be complete.
  • Auditing medical records.
  • Analyzing medical records to ensure consistency and that precise, complete documents are on file for survey readiness and final billing submission.
  • Cooperating with healthcare providers and other integral roles to develop practical solutions, identify documentation issues, and generate opportunities for improvement in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Medical Coders are responsible for:

  • Managing the program for high-quality, timely coding of diagnoses and procedures for inpatient and outpatient accounts, using ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding classification systems, to meet billing system requirements
  • Collaborating with medical practitioners, health care providers, insurance companies, and other integral roles to discuss coding analysis results.
  • Implementing strategic policies, while selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining accurate results.
